Terms and Conditions
1. General Terms
By entering or shopping at The Label Store (TLS), all customers agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
TLS Management reserves the right to refuse entry or service to anyone at any time due to safety concerns, legal requirements, or inappropriate behavior.
Prices, promotions, and product availability are subject to change without prior notice.
2. Payment & Pricing
TLS accepts various payment methods including cash, debit/credit cards, mobile wallets, and foreign cards.
In the event of a pricing error, TLS reserves the right to cancel or refund the order at the management’s discretion.
All transactions are to be completed before taking any items out of the store.
3. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Customers must present original receipts for all returns or exchanges within 24 hours of purchase.
Only unopened, non-perishable items are eligible for returns or exchanges. All sales of perishable goods are final.
Damaged or defective items will be replaced if reported immediately after purchase and verified by store staff.
4. Safety & Conduct
All customers are expected to follow store safety guidelines. This includes, but is not limited to, no smoking, no bringing of pets, and proper conduct while on the premises.
Parents and guardians are responsible for the supervision and behavior of their children while in the store.
TLS shall not be held liable for personal injuries occurring on the premises unless such injuries are a direct result of proven negligence on the part of the store.
5. Privacy & Security
The store premises are under constant CCTV surveillance to ensure customer safety and to prevent fraud or theft.
Personal information collected for services like loyalty programs or online purchases will be processed and stored in accordance with TLS’s Privacy Policy.
6. Promotions & Loyalty Programs
Loyalty points or rewards earned through promotional programs are valid for 3 days of inactivity and may expire thereafter.
TLS reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotional or loyalty program at any time, with or without prior notice.
7. Online Orders & Delivery
Delivery services are provided based on available slots. Unexpected delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or other uncontrollable factors.
Customers are advised to inspect their items immediately upon delivery. Any issues should be reported at once to the delivery personnel or TLS customer service.
8. Liability Limitations
TLS will not be held responsible for:
Adverse reactions due to product misuse or undisclosed allergies.
Lost or stolen personal items within or around the store premises.
9. Intellectual Property
All branding, logos, designs, and promotional content associated with TLS are the intellectual property of The Label Store and may not be used or reproduced without prior written permission.
10. Governing Law
These terms and any disputes arising in relation to them shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, with Lagos State as the jurisdiction of reference.
