Felix transitioned from his successful banking career to become the founder and managing director of The Label Store Supermarket, an emerging retail brand in Lagos, Nigeria. Leveraging his extensive experience in customer relationship management, business development, and operational efficiency, he has been instrumental in establishing The Label Store as a go-to destination for quality products and exceptional service.
Under his leadership, the supermarket has focused on delivering a unique shopping experience, prioritizing customer satisfaction and community engagement. Felix is committed to incorporating sustainable practices within the business and supporting local suppliers, which has resonated well with the community.

Felix graduated from University of Benin and has undertaken several personal development courses and programs at top business schools including Havard Business School, USA. He is also currently an MBA candidate at Edinburgh Business School, Scotland.

As the founder and General Manager of The Label Store Supermarket, an emerging retail brand in Lagos, Nigeria, Adama has demonstrated her entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to providing quality products and services to her community. Her educational background includes a degree from Delta State University, complemented by a postgraduate degree and various personal development courses with the British Council, which have equipped her with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in business management.

Omolade Olanrewaju is a results-driven and dynamic administrator and Retail Business Manager with over 12 years of diverse experience spanning IT, procurement, and retail operations. Her expertise encompasses financial management and customer service excellence, enabling her to drive sales growth, optimize operational efficiency, and lead high-performing teams effectively.
Olanrewaju began her career in the Information Technology industry, where she received hands-on training in web development. This foundation paved the way for her transition into the retail sector and international retail trade, where she has since made significant contributions.
Her skill set includes setting and achieving sales targets, revenue optimization, market expansion, profit and loss analysis, and cost control. She possesses strong knowledge in inventory control, merchandising, and supply chain logistics, ensuring a seamless shopping experience while maximizing profitability.
Throughout her career, Olanrewaju has spearheaded initiatives to enhance customer experience through exceptional service and effective store management. She is experienced in training, motivating, and managing large teams to achieve peak productivity. Additionally, she is skilled in using POS systems and retail analytics, complemented by her vast knowledge of international trade.
Olanrewaju holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication with a major in Public Relations from Olabisi Onabanjo University. She has furthered her leadership skills through various programs, including a Basic Certificate in Leadership from Daystar Leadership Academy (DLA) and a Module 1 course from Daystar Business Academy, as well as participating in the CoachEnife HR Immersion Program.
Currently, she serves as the Regional Manager at The Label Store, where she continues to leverage her extensive experience and passion for innovation and customer satisfaction to foster a positive work culture and drive the company’s success.
Muhammed Murisiku Saka is a distinguished Chartered Accountant with a robust educational background and extensive professional experience. He graduated with a Higher National Diploma in Accountancy from Lagos State Polytechnic in 1993. He became an Associate of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) in April 1999 and was elevated to Fellowship status in April 2009, reflecting his commitment to excellence in the field of accounting.
With over two decades of experience, Mr. Saka has worked across various sectors of the Nigerian economy, including fast food, construction, finance, and retail supermarkets. His diverse background has equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of financial management, management accounts, auditing and investigation, corporate business management, and financial reporting.
Throughout his career, Mr. Saka has made significant contributions to the organizations he has worked for, driving remarkable improvements in financial performance and operational efficiency. His keen attention to detail and dedication to his work have enabled him to excel in his roles, earning him a reputation as a reliable and effective financial leader.
In addition to his professional achievements, Mr. Saka is known for his mentorship abilities, guiding and supporting his subordinates to develop their skills and advance in their careers. Currently, he serves as the Head of Accounts at The Label Store, where he continues to leverage his expertise to enhance the company’s financial operations.
