THE LABEL STORE (TLS) — REFUND & RETURN POLICY

By shopping, or placing an order with The Label Store (TLS), customers agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Payment & Pricing

Accepted payment methods include: debit/credit cards, mobile wallets, and international cards.

In the event of a pricing error, TLS reserves the right to cancel the order or issue a refund at management’s discretion.

2. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

A valid receipt is required for all returns or exchanges.

Returns or exchanges must be made within 24 hours of purchase.

Only non-perishable, unopened, and unused items qualify for return or exchange.

Perishable items (food, produce, chilled/frozen goods, etc.) are final sale and not eligible for return.

Damaged or defective items must be reported immediately upon purchase or delivery, after which they will be replaced or refunded based on assessment.

3. Safety & Customer Conduct

Customers must adhere to all store safety guidelines, including:

No smoking

No pets (except certified service animals)

Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times.

TLS is not responsible for personal injury unless directly caused by proven negligence.

4. Privacy & Security

TLS premises are monitored by CCTV for security and fraud-prevention purposes.

Any personal information collected (e.g., during online orders or loyalty programs) will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy and not shared without consent.

5. Promotions & Loyalty Programs

Loyalty points or promotional credits expire 3 days after inactivity, unless otherwise stated.

Management reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion or loyalty program, with reasonable notice where applicable.

6. Online Orders & Delivery

Delivery schedules are subject to availability, traffic conditions, weather, and other unforeseen delays.

Customers must inspect all delivered items upon receipt. Any issues (missing, damaged, or incorrect items) must be reported immediately for resolution.

7. Limitation of Liability

TLS is not liable for:  Adverse reactions, allergies, or issues arising from product misuse.

Loss, damage, or theft of customer belongings while on our premises.

8. Intellectual Property

All branding, logos, designs, images, and promotional materials belong exclusively to The Label Store (TLS) and may not be used without permission.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and Lagos State.

Any disputes will be handled under applicable Nigerian law.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for covering their own return shipping fees. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your refund is approved, the return shipping fee (where applicable) will be deducted from the final refund amount.

The time it takes to receive an exchanged item may vary depending on your location and courier service.
